Bangor has a good transport system. The local bus and train station is within walking distance from the town centre. The train goes from Bangor to Belfast stopping at the local stations on the way including Cultra (Transport Museum), Bridge End (City Airport) Sydenham (Odyssey Arena) and Central Station and Great Victoria Street Station both in Belfast.
The buses also go to Belfast, but the bus service travels around the town and out to the shopping centre of Bloomfield's. There is also local buses that travel to Newtownards.
